I am looking for a flatmate from the end of March 2025 upon renewal of tenancy. However, I'm flexible on the start date (1 March 2025 or even as early as 1 February 2025)

Some details:

- Own bathroom (not on-suite)🛁
- Furnished 🗄️
- Central location and great transport links 🚇
1 min walk to West Kensington Station (District Line) and 5 min walk to Baron's Court Station (Piccadilly and District Line). 1 min walk to 28 and 306 bus stop.
- Great relationship with the landlord (who is aware of, and approves, the situation).

Landlord will require (before signing of contract):
- A copy of passport
- Payslips, last 3 months
- Bank statements, last 3 months
- Right to rent
- Contact details (phone, e-mail)

Preferably looking for a professional.

I am a very easy-going Italian/South African. I've been in the apartment for the last 3 years. In the office 4 days a week and enjoy sports, socialising and general banter.
