Furnished double bedroom in West Kensington

Hello 👋🏻 we’re looking for a new flatmate to join our flat, which is in a super convenient location, within walking distance to West Kensington (District Line), Barons Court (Piccadilly Line) and West Brompton (Overground). There are several supermarkets just a few minutes’ walk away, along with other amenities like gyms and parks (Holland Park and Lillie Road Park).

The flat is on the second floor, with plenty of natural light, a spacious shared lounge and kitchen, along a large bathroom shared with only one other flatmate.

A bit about the room: it’ll be available from Saturday, November 1st (our current flatmate might have to move out on this day too, but we can coordinate so it works well for everyone). In the room photos, the bed frame and mattress is brand new (6 months old at most), while the wardrobe, large brown chest of drawers, the desk, chair, bedside table and bedside lamp come with the room.

A bit about us: one of us is Italian, and the other is Kiwi. We both work in professional hybrid roles, so we’re either working from home or out for work or meeting friends. At the same time, we value a kind and respectful vibe at home, whether we’re catching up over a chat or unwinding after a busy week.

We’re looking for someone similar, a professional woman in her early to mid-30s who is friendly, considerate and tidies up after themselves. We think of the flat as a safe and comfortable home where we can all relax.
