Our housemates are moving out in January and we’re looking for a couple to take over the Master Bedroom (with private bathroom) in our spacious and well-located home in West Kensington.
Rent price is PER COUPLE, (£937.50 each).
THE ROOM
This large, light-filled room features a beautiful street-facing view and generous built-in wardrobes. This room is available unfurnished or furnished (for an additional expense paid to the current housemates). The room comfortably fits a king or super king-sized bed, along with bedside tables and additional furniture if desired.
THE HOUSE
Spread across 3.5 levels, the house offers a great layout:
Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen and lounge area which will be fully furnished with a 55” TV, dining table, coffee table, breakfast buffet, storage cabinet, and a couch. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and most essential kitchenware. There’s also a balcony, bathroom, and downstairs storage on this level.
Mid-level: A second bathroom.
Upper-level: Two bedrooms, side-by-side but well soundproofed for privacy.
Top level: A spacious, fully furnished rooftop terrace with built-in seating, outdoor furniture, and additional storage. A beautiful space to relax and unwind.
THE RENT
£1,875.00 PCM per couple (£937.50 per person)
Bills: Approximately £200 PCM per couple (includes internet, water, power, and council tax). Council tax Band E.
A deposit will also be required and paid to our current tenants.
Each couple will get their own bathroom and bedroom.

We’re hoping to share our home with a fun, warm couple who are excited to experience life in London, whether you're new to the city or simply looking to live in a more social and relaxed environment.
It’s important to us that everyone feels comfortable, especially when friends or family visit, whether it's us hosting or you. We’re big believers in a home that feels inclusive and open, not closed off or transactional.
THE LOCATION:
We’re located in Zone 2, within the Hammersmith and Fulham council area. Our place is just a 5-minute walk from both West Kensington and Barons Court stations, both offering easy access to Central London. West Brompton Station is also nearby, about a 10-minute walk. The area is well-serviced with plenty of Lime bikes and frequent bus routes for added convenience.
You’ll find several grocery stores within walking distance, including Tesco Express and Waitrose (both 5 minutes away), as well as a larger Tesco about 15 minutes away. There’s also a vibrant street market with fresh produce and a variety of independent grocers. For more budget-friendly options, Iceland and Lidl are just 5–10 minutes away on foot.
Our neighbourhood has a great local vibe, with pubs like The Clarence, Curtains Up, and The Three Kings all within a 5-minute walk (to name a few). There are beauty salons, dry cleaners, liquor stores, off-licenses, and plenty of hardware shops nearby. For dining, there’s a mix of options and cuisines close by. We're also just a 10-minute bike ride from the iconic Crabtree pub and other riverside bars and restaurants along the Thames.
We are in a very safe and quiet area. We have good relationships with our neighbours and feel very comfortable here.
For sporting enthusiasts, we are near the Queens Club and Chelsea’s home stadium.
ABOUT US
Ethan (29, M) is a full-time carpenter who works Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, usually finishing a bit earlier on Fridays. He’s a big sports enthusiast and loves watching games, typically at a local pub or in the lounge. He trains for football (AFL) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in Summer and plays on Saturdays during the summer, often out of the house for most of the day.
Hannah (29, F) works in marketing and has a Monday to Friday schedule as well, usually in the office from 9am to 6pm. She enjoys winding down during the week.
As a couple, we’re friendly and outgoing. We love making the most of what London has to offer, whether it's exploring new neighbourhoods, going out for food, or planning our next weekend getaway. We do enjoy hosting dinners and drinks. We also enjoy a good walk/bike ride, especially when the weather is nice.
