2 rooms available in beautiful flat

Hello! Both of my flatmates are unfortunately leaving the city, so I’m looking for two women to move in! The flat is in a gorgeous Victorian mansion block down a very quiet and safe road.

Both rooms are very large in size, each have beautiful Victorian fireplaces, high ceilings and doors leading to balconies with a pretty view of the street. The two new flatmates will share a renovated modern bathroom.

We have a very large dining and sitting room, with access to a balcony. We use this space as a social area, often eating dinner together, inviting friends over or watching films.

The flat is partially furnished and some of the furniture in the pictures will be taken by the current flatmates. But core items including beds, wardrobes, one sofa and dining table come with the flat.

The flat is very well connected, only a short walk from, West Kensington (7mins), Barons Court (7mins), Kensington Olympia (9mins) and Hammersmith (15mins). We have a Sainsburys local and a Tescos express less than 5mins away or a Lidl and Big Tescos 15min walk.

You’ll be sharing with me, hello! I’m Nicole, a 27yr old Art Director who loves going to art galleries, eating out, watching films, socialising and doing anything creative. I am in and out of the flat a lot, I wfh 2x a week and go out as much as I can! In the flat we love to spend time together but also respect eachothers peace, so would like to continue that vibe!
