1 Bedroom in 4-Bed Flat Share in Mansion Block

*URGENT: Housemate needed to sign tenancy ASAP, before Friday 5th Sept (to commence Tuesday 16th Sept). Due to personal circumstances, I am unable to sign. Rent = £1,200. Deposit (£1,661.54) AND Sept’s rent (£1,200) due Thurs 11th Sept*

The bedroom/flat:

I am looking for someone to take my tenancy (ASAP) for a double bedroom in a 4-bed flat share in a ground floor mansion block (“Charleville Mansions).

Rent is £1,200 per month.

The flat is located in West Ken/Fulham, 6 min walk to either Barons Court (with a Gail’s) or West Kensington stations!

This is a decent size room with built-in wardrobes. It otherwise comes unfurnished.

The flat itself is spacious, modern but with lots of character, natural light and very well kept! Some of the amenities include:

• 4 bathrooms! So you will basically have one to yourself
• Private patio garden, with access from the kitchen
• Outside storage sheds for bikes etc
• Spacious communal living room
• Utility room with washer/dryer

Length of tenancy:

We have signed for a 3 year contract with no break clause HOWEVER due to the Renter’s Rights Bill coming into effect later this year, renters will be able to end their tenancy by giving 2 months’ notice.

The tenancy agreement also provides the right for tenants to change a tenant every 6 months. So although you’ll be signing on for a longer tenancy, there is flexibility!

The housemates:

You will be sharing with 3 lovely girls aged 25, all working professionals.

I have known each other them for a very long time so I can vouch that they’re friendly, sociable and respectful.

You:

Ideally, the girls are looking for someone similar - a female housemate, aged 20 - 30, working professional.

They’re all busy with their own work/social commitments, but are looking for someone who they can also hang out with!

Clean/tidiness is a must - they want this place to feel like a home 🌟
