Large Double Room with Balcony in West Ken

Hello! We’re looking for a lovely female flatmate to live with. We created a cosy home here over the last year so you’d not just be joining a flatshare. There’s a cosy living room to relax in, and a beautiful kitchen perfect for cooking together, sharing meals, and the occasional dinner party.

You’d be taking over a spacious bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and shelves, plus full access to all shared areas: the living room, kitchen, sleek bathroom, and a cosy balcony for morning coffee or fresh air. We like to keep things clean and tidy and it’d be lovely to live with someone who feels the same just so the flat stays nice and homely for all of us. Plants are more than welcome too!

Location-wise, we’re in a great spot: just 10 minutes on foot to Holland Park, 20 minutes to Kensington Gardens, and close to the Overground plus the Piccadilly and District lines. Super handy for both work and play.

Ideally we’re looking for a professional female flatmate who can take on the lease (two years left, but minimum one year is fine). Non-smoker, please.

We love a good chat in the kitchen, but also respect personal space. We’d really love to find someone who wants to share not just a flat, but a home.

• Rent: £1,618 per month
• Bills: around £140–160 depending on the month
• Extras: private car park and lift access in the building
