Double Room in West Kensington

Hello! Looking for someone to replace me from October onwards. My contract ends in late January, and am positive the landlord will be happy for you to continue on should you wish for a longer stay.

About the place…
- All bills included - wifi, TV license, etc.
- All furniture included - shelves, wardrobe, drawers, desk + chair, double bed
- Plenty of storage
- TV in room
- Own basin in room
- Large, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge + freezers, electric and gas ovens and stoves, kettles, air fryer, cutlery + dishes, etc.
- A dining area as well. People typically meet up in the kitchen, dining, and outdoor areas, there’s plenty of space so it doesn’t get crowded!
- Kitchen leads right out to the private outdoor space
- 2 washers and dryers
- There are two bathrooms, and as some of the rooms are en-suite, I end up sharing the bathrooms with two of the other tenants
- Garden/patio with BBQ

It is a large house with plenty of natural light and I will miss it! I’ve loved living here but am moving in with my partner. Everyone in the house is absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful - as is the landlord, who is very communicative and quick to help with any issues.
