Couples Room with Private Bathroom

We’re looking for someone to join our lease until 4th May 2027, with a move-in date of 10th January 2026.

The flat is £3,750 PCM, split evenly between four people (two couples), so it’s £937.50 per person each month. We’re ideally looking for another couple to move in.

Bills come to around £90 per person, per month (based on four occupants), which covers council tax, broadband, electricity, gas, and water.

Each couple has their own bedroom and bathroom, and the room available is the largest in the flat. It has built-in wardrobes and plenty of space for a super king bed, desk, and TV.

The shared kitchen and living area is fully furnished with a TV, sofas, breakfast bar, and dining table, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need.

We’re lucky to have great outdoor spaces too, a rooftop area with a fire, open seating, and a table for entertaining, plus a balcony off the main living area.

Our location is perfect, super central with tube stations (District and Piccadilly) and convenience stores everywhere. Great restaurants and pubs too!

A bit about us: we’re Ethan and Hannah, both 29, working full-time (Ethan’s on the tools, and I’m in an office). We’re a social couple who enjoy hosting the occasional dinner or drinks night watching sport, but we also really appreciate a quiet evening in. We are respectful and understand that this is a home so we value open communication always!

We are looking for a couple who is fun and respectful, clean and tidy! We are easy going people and want to enjoy the house with another like minded couple.
