About the flat: clean property with shared bathroom and kitchen. Right outside the tube station and 10/15 minutes walk to buses and local supermarkets. To note there is limited storage space, but the room is big. Basic furnishings inside.
Us: professional couple with two small dogs, you must be a dog lover. We tend to keep to ourselves but happy to have a chat as well. Both busy people.
You: professional and must be a clean person. No smokers

There is a fridge in the picture but that is from prior housemates, not included.
Should be noted this is a property where you should have all your own things such as crockery, cutlery, pots etc we have this separated.
