The available rooms belongs to two of the current tenants who are moving out. The move-in date is flexible from 1 February 2026, and the lease continues for another two years (fixed-term).

Rent is £1,032 and £1,182 per month depending on the room, excluding council tax and bills (about £100).

You’ll be sharing with a friendly woman in her late 20s, who works and studies. She also has a lovely female kitty. The house has a peaceful, tidy, and relaxed vibe — everyone values a calm home environment but enjoys the
