Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over a large double room in our warm and cozy flat in West Kensington. It’s a really comfortable space with a relaxed vibe and great transport links.

📍 Location highlights:
- Less than a minute from West Kensington Station (District Line – Richmond & Ealing Broadway branch)
- 5–8 minutes to Barons Court (Piccadilly + District lines)
- 10 minutes to West Brompton (District – Wimbledon branch)

🛏️ The bedroom is very spacious and comes fully furnished with a double/queen bed (mattress included) and a wardrobe. The soft yellow main light gives it a really homey and relaxing atmosphere in the evenings, and the huge windows provide lots of natural light :)

🏡 The shared living room is fully furnished with a comfy sofa, sofa bed, dining table and chairs, plus a smart TV — perfect for quiet evenings in or casual hangouts. The kitchen is open-plan and well-equipped with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, and plenty of storage space.

🛁 There’s one shared bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower stall.

🌇 As the flat’s on the top floor, there’s also access to a private rooftop (!!) through a trap door inside the flat — great for fresh air, morning coffee, or catching the sunset.

🛒 The area has everything you need close by: Tesco (large and small), Waitrose, and Lidl, along with lots of restaurants offering food from all over the world.

I’m friendly, social, and always up for a good chat or a movie night, but I also respect personal space. I’d really love to become friends with my future flatmate rather than just share a living space. So if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located home with good vibes (and a friendly flatmate!), this might be a great fit. :)
