I'm looking for a couple or individual to take over my lease in West Kensington. I recently broke up with my boyfriend otherwise would not leave - it’s the perfect apartment, such a big space and in an incredible location between Earl’s & Baron’s Court.
The flat is ground floor and has heaps of storage (including a space which you can see in the corridor entrance), built in wardrobes, washer/dryer, dishwasher, full size fridge and freezer and a brand new oven. It comes furnished which includes a king bed, the mirror in the lounge room (the table in this area is built in), bar stools, TV mount and sofa. I’m truly so sad to leave…
We’ve been living her for a year and a half now and have loved every second. It’s a 10 minute walk to Kensington High Street, 20 minute walk to Fulham, 30 minute walk to Notting Hill and about 40 minutes to Chelsea.
Neighbours are very lovely - an older couple own both flats upstairs which I believe they’ve merged into one, and a family with two (10/12 yo) kids downstairs. All of them have been here for over 7 years so it feels very safe and also on a quiet leafy street.
As we need someone to take over the lease, you will need to go through references with the letting agents which we’re looking to do ASAP for a move in date on or before 16th January 2026, if possible. Pets aren’t (and will not) be allowed and the landlord would prefer a couple who are working professionals, or a working professional looking for a flat by themselves.
