Hi, I am currently looking to replace my flatmates who are relocating. Please see details below:

Room/Flat:
The 3-bed, 2-bath flat is spread across two floors at the top of a townhome and comes fully furnished. It has an open floor plan kitchen and living room. The available double bedrooms are large with lots of storage space and natural light, overlooking a private garden on the first level. It also comes with an adjacent bathroom which you will share with one other tenant. The flat is on a nice and quiet street as well which makes it a perfect place to unwind after a long day! The landlords live in the ground floor flat, and are a lovely couple who are very responsive and accommodating with requests/any necessary repairs.

Roommate:
I am a tidy and respectful flatmate looking for likeminded flatmates. I typically keep to myself, but enjoy a nice chat and catch up when in the communal areas. I am looking for flatmates who enjoy occasionally socializing in the flat, but have their own interests/social life outside of the flat. I am an accountant working in Mayfair. I am in the office 4 days a week, working from home on Fridays. I am very sporty, including gym, football, running, and cycling. This is not a party flat but the lounge/open plan kitchen is great for hosting the occasional dinner party.

The location is very nice, on a quiet street. The flat is a short walk to Hammersmith, which has some lovely riverside pubs and walks. The flat is also a very short walk from High Street Kensington, which has a nice array of shops and cafes along with Holland Park and Hyde Park right on your corner. It's a 1-minute walk to a local Sainsbury's and a 10-minute walk to a larger Tesco.
