A cosy, bright double bedroom will be available from 18 March until late August/early September (move‑in and move‑out dates are flexible). Short‑term lets are also welcome, though priority will be given to someone staying for the full period. All bills are included in the price.

The flat is arranged over two floors. The first floor contains the available room, along with a well‑equipped kitchen (ideal if you enjoy cooking on gas) and a bright living room with access to a balcony. The second floor includes three additional bedrooms, a communal bathroom with a separate WC, and modern washer/dryer appliances.

The room comes furnished with a large double bed, a comfortable desk setup ideal for WFH, and plenty of storage. It gets lots of natural light, as does the rest of the flat.

The location is excellent — just a 5‑minute walk to West Kensington station, and only 2 minutes from Waitrose and Tesco, as well as the cafés, restaurants and local shops along North End Road.

The flat is clean, well kept and friendly. I’m looking for an easy‑going professional who’s respectful of personal space and enjoys a peaceful home environment.
