Double room available – West Kensington

Short term rental from 19th April until 5th September

My current flatmate is moving out, and I’m looking for someone to move in for the rest of the tenancy (until 5th September).

The flat’s a really nice place to live — there’s a big kitchen that’s great for cooking and having people over, plus a balcony that’s especially good in the summer. There’s also a good-sized living room, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom, and it’s only a short walk to West Kensington, Barons Court and Kensington Olympia.

I’m 27 and work in the office most of the week (usually 4–5 days), so I’m out during the day. It would be great to live with someone I get on with — I’m always up for a chat, watching something in the evening or sharing a glass of wine now and then, but I also like having my own space and a fairly relaxed home during the week.
