Cosy double room in friendly flat

I’m sadly moving out of this cosy double room in a homely, bright and spacious four-bedroom flat. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

You'll be sharing with three friendly, easy-going girls in their late 20s who between them work in accounting, wine and television broadcasting. We enjoy catching up over a glass of wine with dinner or watching a film/good series together but also have our own lives too.

The flat is perfectly located between West Kensington and Barons Court stations, offering easy access to both the District and Piccadilly lines (5 min walk to each station). The building itself is on a leafy and quiet residential street and takes in lots of sunlight throughout the day.

Bills are approx. £120 per month.
The room will be available from 1st May (I will be moving out on the 30th April so if you need to take the room earlier that weekend that's also an option!).

We're looking for a like-minded, tidy and friendly female housemate who enjoys being sociable and is looking for a home rather than just somewhere to rest their head.
