Sun-lit room: West Kensington & Baron’s Court

About us and the flat: Dates are flexible but ideally from June 7 to end of June/early July. Can also push to end of July. The flat is a 2 bedroom shared with my 25 year old friend and flatmate who is very sweet. She moved to a remote role recently so spends quite a bit of time working from home but she also travels often and will be away for some weeks in the given timeframe. The flat gets a lot of light thanks to skylights and big windows. It has an open living/kitchen space with a dedicated desk area downstairs and two terraces, one which is large enough to do picnics on sunny days. The room isn’t incredibly spacious but has a lot of closet space. We’re a 2 min walk from West Kensington station and 5 min from Baron’s court (district, piccadilly). There’s a small Tesco and Waitrose a 2 min walk away and also a large Tesco a 10 min walk away. Many cute cafes, restaurants, and dry cleaners nearby. Nonsmoking and no pets (we also have some strict neighbours so no large parties unfortunately). No AC unit but we have a fan that helps for the summer heatwaves.

About you: we’re looking for a female tenant who is tidy and most importantly considerate of the space and the neighbours :) the flatmate you will be sharing the space with is very sweet, easy to get along with, often very busy with work, organised, tidy, and likes the space to be that way too. We’ve tried to make our flat as much of a calm haven as possible so we’re looking for someone who is looking for that too. For this reason we also ask that you don’t bring male visitors over unannounced (just a privacy/comfort thing).
