Spacious double room with a big window in friendly and tidy lower ground flat. The flat includes a large living room, a kitchen with lots of storage space, a shared bathroom, and a patio. Amenities include: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, and gas hob. Bills are approximately £75 pppcm (water, electricity, internet). The council tax band is D. We are both PhD students at Imperial who enjoy socializing and working together. Our interests include doing sport (tag rugby and figure skating respectively), looking after plants, crocheting, cooking, quizzing, and choir.
