We’re looking for a friendly and respectful female tenant ASAP to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat in West Kensington from the 26th of July.

❗️Please note that, due to the current household arrangement and flat policy, applications are open to females preferably.

You’ll be sharing with two female tenants: a recent graduate and a final-year Law student.

📍 Location

The flat is well connected and conveniently located with excellent transport links:

• 5-minute walk to West Kensington Station (District Line)
• 7-minute walk to Kensington Olympia
• 10-minute walk to Barons Court Station
• 15-minute walk to Hammersmith Station and Hammersmith Bridge
• Multiple bus routes nearby with direct access to Central London

🏡 The Flat

The room is a bright and spacious double bedroom featuring a large wardrobe and plenty of natural light.

The flat also includes:

• Cozy, fully equipped kitchen
• Two bathrooms
• Comfortable shared living room with TV
• Wi-Fi included
• Balcony access through one of the bedrooms

💡 Bills

Most bills are included.

Water and electricity are paid separately and typically come to approximately £70–£80 per person per month. Council tax around £50 per person ( full time student doesn’t pay).

❗️Please note that we are looking for someone who can commit to a minimum 15-month contract, as we are hoping to find a long-term tenant.
