We’re looking for a friendly, working professional female to join a household of three girls in West Kensington.

The double room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. There is also an additional chest of drawers, desk and desk chair which are my own but if you would like to keep them I could sell them on at a good price.

The flat is located on the 4th floor with lift access. It has a large living room and balcony — plus the added convenience of both a washing machine and separate dryer. There is also a bathroom with a separate toilet. All bills are included in the rent at a fixed price every month, as well as all household cleaning products, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying.

The three current housemates are all working professionals — friendly and easy going, working during the week, so you can expect a relaxed and comfortable living environment. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and will take pride in the shared spaces.

The location is hard to beat. West Kensington tube station is just a 2 minute walk away, with Earl’s Court and Barons Court both within 15 minutes on foot, giving you brilliant access across the city. Kensington High Street is also within walking distance, offering a fantastic range of shops, restaurants and cafés. For your day-to-day essentials, there is a Tesco superstore just 5 minutes away.

The tenancy would need to be taken over from 10th July. Please note that proof of affordability and valid ID will be required by the letting agent.
