Single Room with Double Bed - West Kensington

Hi !

I'm looking for a new tenant for my room : single room with double bed, available from the 6th August, as I'm leaving the country =(

It's a fully furnished room with double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, desk and full size mirror. You have two large windows and 1 large heater (very useful in winter!!). I will leave also the duvet and pillows.

The flat is full furnished with 2 bathrooms (1 with a bath, 1 with a large shower), a fully equipped kitchen, a small living room with a sofa and a large SKY TV, washing machine, etc ... There's also a security's door.

The flat is shared with 8 others people, sounds a lot but they're all respectful, friendly and working at different time so no problem of bathroom in the morning :)

It's a really great location !! At 4min walk from west brompton station, a lot of buses going all around London. 5 min walk from west Kensington. 15min walk from earl's court and 25 from gloucester road. Very close to the center and "posh" area. It's a safe aera.
Very close also to fulham road.

There's a plenty of shops at less than 5 min walking (Co-operative, tesco, Poundland, Iceland, Waitrose, Boots and superdrugs....)

The rent is 160£ a week all included !! It's a 6 months contract but if you want to leave before you just need to find someone else (like i'm doing ! And no need to take my contract, you start with a new one)
The agency (Lettings DC Partners) is really safe and serious, they just ask you to pay an administration fee of 60£ and one month deposit before to move in.
