We have a lovely double room available in our flat in West Kensington.

We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy young professional aged 25+ to join our fantastic flat. Sorry, no students and you must be a non-smoker. It is a split level flat comprising of a large living room, modern kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with stand alone shower and bath and two separate toilets. We also have utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Rent is £635 a month and bills come to around £90 a month on top including council tax and a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks. We also each contribute £5 a month towards cleaning products etc. It should also be mentioned that we are looking for someone willing to commit to a long term let. There may be some flexibility with move in date but the contract starts from 22nd Feb.
