Spacious 2 bedroom flat

I have a spacious 2 bedroom flat to rent.
I am looking to rent out both rooms together, either to a couple or 2 friends. You would have the apartment to yourself.

Please note that council tax will be included in the overall rent.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift, and there is a secure entry gate in to the apartment.

There is a spacious, light, south facing lounge, an eat in kitchen diner, a new Worcester boiler and a nice bathroom.

This was my home for many yrs, and I still have some personal belongings there, so I am looking for people that would treat it as their own. I’m looking for a professional or a professional couple, who is/ are mature, clean, easy going and quiet.

There is a separate toilet and bathroom, which can be convenient if 2 people are living there.

The road is effectively a cul-de-sac, so it’s extremely quiet re: road noise. The flat does back on to a train track, but this hasn’t been a problem for anyone renting the flat so far.

The apartment isn’t suitable for people looking to have parties etc.

Work references would be needed, as would proof of ID. I would need to interview any potential housemates (probably virtually).

High st kensington, with its bars, cafes and restaurants are on your doorstep, as are Holland and Hyde park, if you need green spaces. It is also easy access to Richmond Park. There is indoor bike storage for 2 bikes.

The apartment is extremely well connected re: public transport, with west ken and barons court tube a 5-10 minute walk away, and Olympia overground station with its links to Clapham Junction and Stratford etc.

With regards to road links, the A40 & M4 are very close by for access out of London. A car parking space in the private off road car park may be available at an additional cost depending on availability of a space ( I would need to enquire with the managing agent at the time, circa £70/month). Road side parking and permits are also easily available ( Hammersmith & Fulham zone E - cost £120/ year).


Very occasionally, over summer or Xmas holidays, I may want to stay in the apartment, but this would be with prior agreement. I ideally would like to find tenants that travel over summer and Xmas.
