Kensington Hall Gardens

Lovely furnished double Victorian-height room with faux fireplace available in West Kensington less than 30 seconds walk away from the District line (though nicely tucked away from the street so no noise!), or 3 minutes from the Picadilly line. Furniture includes double bed with mattress, bedside drawers, wardrobe with built in shelving and mirror, desk and office chair, shelves, and mantel.

The flat has broadband, a communal living room with TV (Freeview, Netflix and Amazon Prime) and a dining table to entertain guests. Ironing board, iron, and vacuum stored away in a built-in cupboard.

The kitchen has shared cutlery, utensils, pots & pans (everything you need to cook and eat), electric-fan oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine. You'd also have your own personal cupboard, fridge, and freezer space.

There is one bathroom however we get up at different times so we don't clash and are flexible to changing routine. Constant hot water available 24 hours a day, bath with shower, toilet, sink, mirror with shaver socket, and a personal drawer for your toiletries.

We are three professionals who work in healthcare, auctioneering, and medical science but would be happy to live with a responsible student as well. We are each from England, Sweden, and Italy so all nationalities welcome!

Our ideal housemate would be someone who is sociable, clean, respects noise levels and others' working hours. We'd love to cook, go to the pub / out for lunch or dinner, nights out, or just chilling and watching TV. We're happy to have friends and guests stay over so long as some advanced warning is given and will join you if the invitation is extended!
