You will share the bathroom and kitchen cooking area only with 1 female professional. You will be by yourself a lot of the time so this is a BARGAIN for somebody looking to live alone but can't afford that!

The flat is on the top floor of a nice Victorian house located in a quiet street 10 minutes walk from West Brompton, 12 minutes walk from West Kensington or 15 mins from Fulham Broadway station.

This accomodation will suit 1 mature female professional or post-graduate student who needs a short term place before moving elsewhere, somebody with a full time occupation during day time who enjoys going back home in the evening to a quiet and clean chilled-out flatshare, without the need to bring guests over.

It's £680 including bills and aside from this, there is a deposit of £450 which will be given back in full on the day you move out provided nothing is missing or damaged in the room.
