I am looking for someone to take on an amazing spacious single bedroom in a two bedroom flat. I’m 45y old and live with my 14 y old daughter

The bedroom is quite spacious with a big wardrobe, confortable bed, a big mirror and some cupboards. It faces a quiet street, so it’s perfect for sleeping. The flat itself is modern and very spacious with a lot of light, big living room with a large TV and a well equipped kitchen, situated on the second floor. The bathroom is modern and large.

The flat is extremely well-connected, being in between Shepherds Bush tube station on the Central line and Kensington Olympia. There are multiple buses stopping just few minutes away. For me the best thing is that Westfield is super close, and there are both a big Waitrose and a Tesco nearby.
