I am looking for a female similar to myself, who is clean, respectful and sensible in these times (COVID-19). No students. Will require references from previous landlord / proof of full time employment.
Rent is £900 pcm including all bills. Also willing to consider Mon-Thu lets reducing rent to £600 pcm. Either way, a security deposit of 1 months rent will be required.
