Station is a five minute walk From the house

West Norwood is an up-and-coming suburb with and artsy vibe .
Plentiful supermarkets and necessary shops and bars all very close to the station. , A Sociable but reasonably priced Gastro pub “ The great North Wood “ with various events . Also craft beer shop /bar and new deli next to the pub.
restaurants / Great coffee bars serving patisserie /artisan bakery delights ,top-class European Cafes and even Caribbean and Indian cuisine to suit most tastes and pockets , again , all close to the station .

there is also a new 4 screen cinema , Library ,Art Gallery , community theatre and a new leisure centre and swimming pool , opposite West Norwood station .
, (what more could you want !) which are all five minute walk from the house .

There is a large and lively street festival( NorFest) ,which boasts all kinds of food stalls, Artisan products , Vintage clothing and memorabilia
Forgot to mention that there is a large bus terminus/ garage close to the station with the routes that go to most parts of London (City and West End) as well as locally.

London Bridge and Victoria 15 minutes train ride away from West Norwood station and Brixton ( Victoria line tube ) 10 minutes by bus

It is a friendly ,
sociable but peaceful ,chilled home , where we catch up with a chat and a glass of wine , beer or a coffee From time to time , but also respect each other’s privacy .
