We have a large double bedroom available in our lovely three bed Victorian flat in West Norwood from 28th June. The room is situated at the front of the flat, with two big sash windows so its bright and airy. The flat is based on a quiet residential street, and just a 5 minute walk from West Norwood high street.

You will be sharing with Lena, 26, a costume designer, and Charlie, 25, a law grad and an aspiring sports management consultant. We are both relatively busy midweek but get together in the evenings to cook/eat dinner and watch Netflix documentaries. We are both very friendly sociable people and would like to find someone that would fit into that dynamic.

The flat is located within easy walking distance to both West Norwood and Tulse Hill train stations (direct trains to London Bridge and Victoria) and has excellent access to direct bus routes to Balham, Clapham, Brixton, Elephant & Castle, and Euston.

As well as all the shops, restaurants and pubs we have on our doorstep, there is a new leisure centre with gym and pool 5 minutes away, and a newly opened Picturehouse cinema is 10 minutes away. We also benefit from unrestricted parking, so its convenient for those with cars.

Ideally, we'd like to live with a fellow professional, that keeps a similar schedule to ours.

The room is £625 PCM for a single share, bills are not included and come to around £90 PCM (these include, fast fibre internet, utilities and council tax) the deposit is £950.
