Generously-sized bedroom available from January in a two-bed flat, spitting distance from West Norwood train station.

The room will be unfurnished, so will need a bed and whatever for storage, but rest of the flat will remain furnished.

Bills and council tax aren't included in the rent, and will likely cost somewhere below £100pcm. (I will be changing some of these over in the new year, including broadband, so will obviously be looking for as good a deal as possible.)

As this is a two-bed flat, and I will still live here, it'd be good to have a drink together before or after a viewing, so we can get an idea whether we'd get on living together.
