Spacious double room in West Norwood

I have a spare room in a flat in West Norwood. I'm a live-in landlord looking for a professional to share the flat with on a short term basis. 2-6 month, but this can be discussed. Weekday only lets is also an option. Again can be discussed. The area is a quiet residential road close to West Dulwich and Gipsy Hill. Transport links to London Bridge and Victoria are good from either West Norwood, Tulse Hill or West Dulwich train stations. Or there is a 20 minute bus (number 3) direct to Brixton. I'm looking for a respectful and relaxed housemate. I'm in my late thirties. The flat is fully furnished, as is the spare bedroom. A queen sized bed, wardrobe, mirror, desk, chair, and a large chest of draws are all included. West Norwood is a lovely part of south London and is easy to get to Brixton, Herne Hill, Clapham, Balham from here.
