Spacious double room in West Norwood

I have a spare room in a flat in West Norwood. I'm a live-in landlord looking for a professional to share the flat with. The area is a quiet residential road close to West Norwood High Street, West Dulwich and Gipsy Hill. Transport links to London Bridge and Victoria are good from either West Norwood, Tulse Hill or West Dulwich train stations. Or there is a 20 minute bus ride to Brixton. I'm looking for a respectful and relaxed housemate. I'm in my mid-to late thirties and enjoy cooking, reading, relaxing and a variety of sports. The flat is fully furnished, as is the spare bedroom. A queen sized bed, wardrobe, mirror, desk, chair, and two chest of draws are all included. West Norwood is a lovely part of south London and is easy to get to Brixton, Herne Hill, Clapham, Balham from here. Open to living with a couple, but rent adjustments would apply.
