Room to let in West Norwood 5 mins walk from the mainline station (easy access to Victoria, Clapham Junction, Croydon, London Bridge) and 2 mins walk from bus station with regular buses to Brixton, Croydon, Euston and Elephant & Castle. 5 mins walk to a Co-Op, Sainburys, Tesco and Iceland as well as loads of local eateries and a new picturehouse cinema.

The flat itself is really well kept, spacious and modern with really good kitchen and cleaning facilities (washer and drier). The landlord is so responsive and available to make quick fixes to anything that goes wrong. You'll be sharing the flat with two young professionals who both work in central London. We are looking for someone similar who would fit right in!

The room itself is the largest in the flat and is really spacious with considerable storage space (fully built in wardrobe, double chest of drawers, 4 shelves and bedside table). There is a large window that lets in a lot of natural light as well as recess lighting to adjust the light in the ceiling. The room occupies one side of the flat so it is nice and quiet.
