Granny/Annex flat in newly developed house

Hi, We’re Brooke and Matt and we have a “granny flat” available in our recently redeveloped semi-detached house meaning you'll have a suite of rooms entirely to yourself.

The living space which takes up the entire second floor is accessible by the main stairs and although it’s shared access to get to the flat, you’ll have your own private kitchen/living room (which has great views of London), a separate bathroom and bedroom with a double bed (which gets great afternoon light).

Everything is brand new! Included in the living space is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, tv with Sky, a loveseat, bar stools & breakfast bar. The bathroom includes a bath/shower and vanity. And the bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside table, dresser and double bed with storage underneath. Bills are included in the price with the only exception being cleaning if you’d like to have that.

The place is perfect for a professional. There is a breakfast bar that you can "work from home" at or there is space in the kitchen/living room for a desk. If you do need to go into the office, the commute is 30 minutes door to door to London Bridge or Victoria from West Norwood station.

We’re looking to have a roommate that is friendly, respectful, tidy and happy to have their own space. We’re past the party days so would prefer a roommate that is a bit more low key. We won't have much interaction but will of course enjoy the occasional beer or BBQ together.
