I'm looking for someone to take over my room in West Norwood. It's a great three bedroom flat with a huge garden, great location, and 2 great housemates.

The Room:
It's a good sized double room. It can either be unfurnished or come with a double bed. Room size 4.30m x 3.30m.

The House:
Nice three bedroom, whole ground floor of a house. Lounge. Huge garden. It has all the necessaries. On-street parking is available and there is space to store a bicycle.

Housemates:
Marielle (35) works in special needs in a school. Duncan (30) works in market research. Both are great housemates and great people.

Finances:
Rent £537 pcm
Bills £106 pcm
Cleaner £13 pcm
Deposit £780

Location:
Under 10 min walk to West Norwood station, with trains to Victoria Station in 22 min and London Bridge in 23 min. Alternatively Tulse Hill is a 15 min walk or 5 min bus for the Thameslink trains to Blackfriars/Kings Cross. Brixton for the Victoria line is 20 mins away, and Dulwich, Crystal Palace, Streatham etc are all close by.

West Norwood is a great place to live, with a good amount of shops, pubs, cafes/restaurants, a new health centre, and a new library/cinema complex.

Dates:
I'm flexible on moving date. The room is available from the beginning of December and latest date would be mid January.

You'll be joining the others on the contract which is direct with the landlord. Decent landlord who responds quickly to any issues.
