We are looking for a lovely housemate to live with us! We have a gorgeous BRAND NEW double en suite room available, which occupies the entire top floor. The room was completed in January 2020, but due to Covid has yet to be lived in.
There are excellent transport links to London Bridge, Blackfriars and Victoria. The station is approx 7 mins walk away.
The room has been tastefully furnished with double bed, floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, desk, chair, bed-side table, light and several integrated USB ports.
The en-suite has under-floor heating (toasty toes), a brilliant shower, large mirror, vanity unit, loo and storage space. Our lovely cleaner comes every other week.
All bills included including wifi.
This is a great neighbourly road and on street parking is FREE and always available. 3 minutes walk to local pub, 6 minutes walk to Picture House Cinema and the High Street with an abundance of shops, restaurants and a Better Gym with swimming pool.
My fiancé and I live here, we both work full time (mostly at home at the mo). We’re looking for someone likeminded - we’re both easy going, enjoy a glass of wine / going out when pubs open / going to the gym etc.
Pet free / Non-smoker.
