This is a really charming room - the present tenant is moving out only because she has decided to live permanently with her boyfriend - we’ll miss her!
Bills included, this room is at the rear of a beautiful Georgian house and has the benefit of a lovely view of the large exclusive garden with its patios and walkways. The room has a chest of drawers and wardrobe and a small toilet with basin just opposite!

The house sits at the top of the hill and the views are spectacular. It has the sense of being in the countryside despite being only 5 minutes walk to West Norwood station [with easy commute to Victoria/London bridge.]

Large kitchen/diner, 2/3 bathrooms, free parking.

Would suit a trustworthy employed person who is clean, tidy and considerate, working 9-5 office hours (or similar, this is not set in stone..)
Not as suitable for someone needing to work mostly from home unfortunately.
