Spacious double bedroom in warehouse flat

Hello, thank you very much for visiting my Spare Room.

My name is David, I’m working for a global education charity in central London. Currently two days in the office and 3 days working from home which I love.

I’m also a sociable tidy sporty and fun person and hope for the same from a prospective flatmate.

The flat itself is modern and recently renovated during lockdowns - new windows fitted etc. Other additions include a Peloton bike.

The spare room for rent is large and comes fully furnished. If you work from home there is a desk also available.

It’s a quiet flat but very close to the shops, a couple of minutes walk.

The local area, West Norwood/West Dulwich/Tulse Hill is safe and very friendly. Good train and bus links supermarkets and pubs. There is also a Picturehouse Cinema and library as well as a few nice pubs. All bills included in the monthly rent.

Excited to hear from you - NB bills included are broadband/tv license/electricity/water/council tax/monthly cleaner/NOW Tv & BT Sport. There is also off-street parking.
