Summer sublet in cosy double in West Norwood

Hi there,
I'm subletting my cosy room in West Norwood over the summer for 2 months as I'll be working away from London.
Beginning from the 1st of July (can be flexible on the move in and move out date however) until the 1st of September, £600 per month including all bills. No deposit needed.
The house is gorgeous and the room will come fully furnished. 5 minute walk to West Norwood station, with great train and bus links into central and South London.
2 housemates - both chilled, young working professionals and are very tidy and respectful. Big dining area, lovely garden, nice lounge and lots of great pubs and shops nearby.
