Homely 2 bedroom flat with a secluded balcony to share with just one, easy-going couple.

About us -
We're laid back and tidy when at home. I work long hours from home, while my partner also works long hours 3 days in the office/2 days WFH. With regular exercise on top of this it means we are pretty private / quiet mid week. We are social and are usually out seeing friends over the weekend.

Transport links -
It is also very convenient to travel to central London with 3 overground train stations: West Norwood, Streatham Hill and Streatham with direct trains to Victoria (17 min), London Bridge / Farringdon (24min). There are also a number of easy bus services which run through the night. I personally now cycle everywhere since moving in as everything is so close!

Local area -
15 min walk / 5 min bus to Streatham high street/West Norwood where you have anything you might need e. g. banks, cinema, library, shops, gyms, swimming pools, parks, cafes.

Parks -
There are two amazing parks nearby; Streatham Common and Norwood Park. Ideal for walks or runs.

Parking -
You can apply for permit parking which is £65 per year. The flat is on a quiet, green cul-de-sac so while it is street parking, there is very low traffic.

Our favourite thing about the flat:
Our balcony - we are super lucky in that our neighbours put a lot of love into their gardens which means we get to look down on blossom in the spring, and fruit in the summer. This also draws lots of wildlife - bees / butterflies / birds. Every year we have a pair of wrens that return to our balcony to nest and hatch their eggs before flying off to warmer lands! Makes the flat feel like a treehouse.
