Two rooms in a friendly West Norwood house share

Room 1 - A large attic room with a window looking over a park and a skylight from which you can see Central London and the shard. Plenty of storage space in the eves

Room 2 - A Double Room on the first floor, with a window facing the park at the rear of the house.

The house is part furnished and both rooms come with a wardrobe and a double bed.

Bills will be about £110/ month (internet, council tax, water, Gas and Electric)

The rest of the house is large. It's a Victorian end of terrace with a big kitchen, double living room, garden and two bathrooms, one with a bath, one with a shower.
Plenty of room to be social but also easy to retreat to your own space.


Two of the current housemates are leaving for a flat nearer the centre.
The two of us left are old friends looking for some great people to join us!
Neil is a primary school teacher who is also a theatre director, and I'm a singer who also teaches and writes.
I practice singing in the house during the day, but never at unsocial hours.
We do some working from home, some hanging out in the kitchen and occasional board game nights with jazz, a cuppa and a white wine!

We're ten minutes walk from West Norwood train station or twenty minutes from Tulse Hill.
Great bus links to Brixton and Norwood Junction.
Free street parking.

Lidl, Tesco express and post office only 5 mins away. Close to multiple local pubs, independent cafes, a cinema, a quiet local park and West Norwood High Street.
Our neighbours are great and Dassett Road is a nice area.

We're renewing our contract for a year from Sep 27th. Ideally you'd like to stay for the whole year, but it's possible to replace yourself on the contract if plans change.

Hamptons our agents will need to do financial checks -
