Sunny 1-Bed Flat - All Bills Inc. - 20/12 to 05/01

My 1-bed flat in South London (Zone 3) is available for a short-term let over the Christmas break, from Friday 20 December to Sunday 5 January (dates are flexible either side).

The rent includes all bills (energy, water, council tax, internet, Amazon Prime). It’s a lovely, cosy flat, and I really enjoy living here. Here are the details:

- Bright first-floor Victorian conversion flat
- Spacious living room (sofa, TV, desk, monitor)
- South-facing bedroom (king size bed, blackout curtains, leafy garden views)
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom with bath and electric shower
- Quiet neighbours, safe area with excellent transport links to Victoria, London Bridge, Farringdon, Kings Cross (all 20-30 mins) - though I usually Lime bike to Brixton tube (12 mins)

Terms: £500 deposit + rent in advance. A shorthold tenancy contract will be provided for reassurance.

I take great care of the flat and expect the same from tenants. Any damages would be deducted from the deposit, but I’ll handle this fairly and transparently if it arises.

This is a peaceful, quiet space, so I’m looking for someone considerate and respectful of my neighbours. Having rented myself for years, I understand how challenging landlords can be - I aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
