I have three double rooms for rent in a spacious and bright flat on West Norwood High Street. The entire flat has recently been refurbished with new flooring throughout (new carpet in master bedroom), a renovated modern kitchen / bathroom, new beds with quilted mattresses and high quality white goods (9kg Samsung washing machine and large Hotpoint fridge/freezer.

The property is on a quiet part of the high street and perfect for professionals looking for good transport links to the City (West Norwood Train Station is less than a 5 minute walk away and take you to London Bridge or Victoria within 25 minutes).

As the flat is above a hair salon we're unfortunately unable to rent to families with young children. We accept couples but only for the large double bedroom.

All bills (Council Tax, internet, gas, water and electric bills are included in the rent.
