I am looking for Flatmate to share my garden flat with. The flat is in a beautiful semi-detached Victorian House, located in a residential road a 7 minutes walk to the train station and 5 minutes walk to the bus garage with easy and fast access into central London and the City.
My ideal flatmate would be someone who like socialising indoors and outdoors and someone who shares the cooking to have meals together when possible. Someone clean and tidy is essential.
Im a Brazilian Electrical Engineer. I work weekdays and on occassions at weekend.
I would consider a cat as there is a catflap and a smoker as can smoke in the garden.
