Nice clean room with door to the garden

Double room with garden access. I work in the building trade and need a new flatmate as current occupant is going in a week. The house is two shared flats everyone is friendly. The garden is shared and occasionally we all dine together :) the housemates are a varied bunch two gay Brazilian men a French nanny and a young French barman. I am easy going, clean and am looking for a similar flatmate. I am learning French, like puzzles music and fantasy literature.
