Beautiful room, with en-suite living with 3 creative and funny girls.
An actress, a director and a mindful money coach.
We are very sociable but love a night in. A little bit spiritual but definitely all have a personality ha!
We are looking for a relaxed, clean professional housemate to fill the 4th (and nicest) room in our 3 storey house in West Norwood.

The room is a whole floor loft conversion big enough for a double bed. it’s unfurnished but there is a wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers in there already (but can easily be removed if you have your own)
It has an en-suite with a shower and is perfect if you like your own space.

There’s a spacious living room and dining room and kitchen (all open plan)
We have a dishwasher, microwave, Tumble dryer ,washing machine, fridge freezer.
Bills usually come in under £100 pcm

The garden is amazing especially when the bi-folding doors are open.

We are pretty chilled but love a tidy/clean home.
Available from September but you can move in before if needs be.

About the area:
West Norwood station is good for trains into Victoria and London Bridge and we’re also close to Tulse Hill which has connections to Kings cross, Blackfriars, Farringdon etc
There are numerous buses to Brixton, West End, Waterloo and the city.
There is also Streatham high street (15-20 min walk) which has all the shops you need.

West norwood is a lovely friendly community with a sainsburys, Tesco, Co-Op & Iceland on the High Street plus a big Lidl at Crown Point.
Lots of coffee shops, hairdressers, Bakers, B&Q, Petrol station, Leisure centre, Picture house etc…
