Spacious bedroom with office 5 mins from station

I have a bedroom with a small office in my 3 bed house located 5 minutes walk to west noorwood station. We are looking for someone to take the new room in the beginning of August.

The room is a small single room but comes with an office space that you can work in or turn into a second room, I think for London prices its a steal and im only giving it up as im moving to a studio apartment.

The house is spacious and the ceilings are really tall for those that like that. The 5th photo is of the living room as i didn't have time to take one without the couch extended. But we use this as a common space to talk and chat.

Looking for someone with a good vibe that is a working professional that likes to interact with us but is respectful of noise and boundaries.

We are really friendly in the house so feel free to ask anything. We also have a beautiful garden and spacious kitchen if you feel like cooking yourself a meals! Its great space for that.

The price is for the room and the bills are not included inc the price.
