Beautiful large room with HUGE garden

Perfect home for a professional or student who would love access to a garden - if you have a green thumb there's plenty of space to plant your own veg and herbs and it's lovely in summer.

The house is a 4 bedroom home with 2 living areas and a garden with max 3 people living in it at any time. Currently there are x2 people in the house, one professional (Irish female in her 30s) who works from home part time and myself (owner occupier - however I'm in France about 5 months of the year).

Room is available fully furnished(wardrobes, chest of drawers and bed) or partially furnished (wardrobes, chest of drawers) if you have your own bed.

There's on-street parking and fast internet.

About me: I've been living in England for 20 years, and loved spending the last 2 years living with three 30 year olds from Australia. I'm open-minded to renting the room to people of all ages. I love meeting new people. I'm retired but often out of the house socialising or swimming and I spend 5 months a year with my family in France.
I'm easy to live with and would love to share my home with someone considerate and clean. I'm always down for a glass of wine and a chat or if you want to be left alone that's fine too 😊

Pets: Friendly cats welcome but no dogs I'm afraid!

- West Norwood train station - 14mins
- Buses to Brixton for Victoria line or elephant & castle - 4 to 10mins
- Early morning express bus (SL6 direct from West Norwood to Waterloo/Holborn (basically a taxi in the morning) - 10mins walk, in central london in 40 mins.

Supermarkets:
Closest are lidl, Tesco express and Sainsbury's local
Approx 20min walk: Big Sainsbury's, Big Tesco, M&S & ALDI
