The loft space is split into two rooms. The first room is a large double bedroom (includes double bed, clothes rail and bedside table. Chest of drawers provided on request).
The second room is a living room/ office space and is separated from the first room with a door. One section of the room has a collapsible table, shelves and space for a small sofa, tv, chairs etc. The other section contains a long breakfast bar which can be used as a working space or dining table. There is also plenty of built in storage under the breakfast bar.
The room comes furnished, but if you need extra furniture we can provide this for you or if you want to bring your own furniture we can accommodate this too, within reason.
There's a communal kitchen with washer, dryer and 2 fridges, as well as separate toilet and bathroom.
About the bills:
Some bills are included in the rent. Council tax, Wifi, Water and maintenance fee are included. The tenant covers their own electric/gas bills and usage.
About the House:
The loft is in the top flat of a large detached house. There are 2 males currently living in the top flat. The landlady lives in the downstairs flat which is in a separate unit from the top flat.

Located close to Tulse Hill, Crystal Palace, Streatham and Brixton, the property is in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent transport links. Direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge from West Norwood train station. It's a 5-10 minute walk to West Norwood train station and 5 minute walk to bus garage for buses towards Tulse Hill and Brixton or Crystal Palace and Croydon.
15min bus journey to Brixton tube and 10 min bus journey to Tulse Hill station.
Tesco, Sainsbury's and Co-op, as well as fruit/veg markets are available on the high street which is a 7 min walk away. Main high street has lots of shops and cafe’s.
