-We are looking for a lodger for our 4 bed, 2-bath Victorian semi-detached family home- available immediately
- We are advertising at £750pcm which includes ALL bills, but are open to a discussion on the rent depending on circumstances
-The homeowners are Phil a photographer & Sarah who works in events (we also own a co-work space in Brockley). We have an 18 year old daughter who is at Sixth Form and two cats
-Another daughter is at university & only at home in the holidays
-The bedroom has been newly refurbished - it is at the back at the house facing the garden
-The room is a decent size with a double bed, desk & chair drawers, and a mirror
-There is a large closet just outside your room with hangers, drawers and shelves which you can also use. We can provide other items ie laundry basket, shelves, extra bed linen etc if you need them
-The bathroom is next to your room which you would share with our daughter so we are leaning towards a female lodger, although trying to keep an open mind!
- The bathroom has a bath with integrated shower, bathroom cabinet, heated floor & towel-rail
-You have use of the large, open-plan fully-fitted kitchen which also has a dining room area and living room space
-There is a utility room in the garden with a washing machine & tumble drier which you also have access to
-We are in Zone 3 in the Borough of Lambeth - on Hamilton Road, SE27 which has ample free street parking and local shops, cafes, pubs etc..
- We have secure bike storage in our front garden
-The location is mid-way between West Norwood, Gipsy Hill & West Dulwich train stations with the No.3 bus to Brixton and Crystal Palace close by
-We are looking for someone who mostly goes out to work or study (ie not a full time work-from-home person)
-We’ll draw up a formal contract and hold the deposit in an assured tenancy deposit scheme and would like references, ideally from a previous landlord
