I am a Professional women working within the industry, also living in is my youngest child 24 (they/them) who works in the photographic world and last but not least our 2 cats Hans & Otto

The room is freshly decorated and includes a double bed, double wardrobe, and TV. Located at the top of the house with it’s own staircase so quite private.

Will provide bedding and towels, if required

Shared use of kitchen, utilities and garden.

Street parking is free and there is plenty of space.

The house is on a quiet road and only 7 minutes equal distant walks to West Norwood, Tulse Hill and West Dulwich stations (zone 3) with regular trains to Victoria, London Bridge and Blackfriars. approx 17 minutes either way. There is also a good bus service with easy access into the west end.

We are within walking distance into West Norwood high street, which has several excellent places to eat as well as a leisure centre with pool and gym. There are also several local supermarkets Sainsbury’s, Tesco or The Coop

Smoking permitted in the garden only (not in the house)
